For a game issue
Include the game name, your browser and device, the page URL, what you expected and what happened instead. Do not include passwords, private save contents or other sensitive information.
Before you reset
For Sprout Circuit, use Export save to keep a backup before clearing browser data. Its Reset control removes only that game’s save. GamePix games have their own saving systems; Ludazo’s original-game controls do not manage them.
External games and network restrictions
If a GamePix game does not load, try Stop and unload game and check whether your network or browser settings permit the provider. We cannot guarantee access on restricted networks. We do not recommend bypassing your school or workplace’s rules.
